Test fit or Fitment plan : Layout for selected space is prepared based on industry benchmarks and/or requirements by client. Site visit may be required. Test fit helps understand fitment efficiency and accommodation possible in floor. This also includes layout plans for individual sites during roll out of offices or retail branches – prepared based on a design manual.
Due Diligence : Technical due diligence helps client in zeroing in on the final space / building. Technical due diligence is undertaken to ensure that requirements of client can be met with landlord’s base building infrastructure. Due diligence study includes parameters like efficiency [usable area], readiness [time], provision upgrades, if any, [cost] and the quality of provisions by landlord. At times, test fits also influence technical recommendation for sites.
Leased area verification : Leased area is the rentable area as projected by landlord. It is a simple but essential must do for clients before closing the rent deal and also for internal audits.
Workplace requirement assessment – Success of a project depends as much on framing the requirements appropriately. Requirements collation involves meeting key business leaders and survey of existing workplace. For client setting up their first office, it may be of help to visit similar offices to be abreast with industry standards of workplace.

Post move in Workplace Survey : Time difference between finalization of workplace requirement and settling down of users in new facility runs into months, if not years. Post move in workplace survey is a measure of acceptance of new workplace by users. It compares project objectives with final results.
Renovation Services : Renovation is part of on-going business led changes in a facility. To free up time of client in case of multiple renovations, a single point interface is provided till the end of project
Site Surveys for facility roll out : when multiple facilities/branches are rolled out in lesser time [usually high value retail branches], it is important that conditions surrounding the final site like lighting, key elements, signage/graphics, approach details, material loading/unloading area and its access, etc. are all documented well to enable realistic design
Design Manual : Design manual is important to achieve similar look and feel across facilities, keep the cost lower and faster roll out.
